Automation Solution for the Determination of Benzoic Acids
The sample preparation for the determination of benzoic acids and their derivatives is a highly labor-intensive and time-consuming process that requires significant manual effort. To improve efficiency and reproducibility, a fully automated method based on a liquid handling system was developed. This approach utilizes Positive Pressure Extraction to standardize sample preparation and increase throughput. The system has been thoroughly validated, ensuring precise and reliable analysis.
